Noah arrived yesterday morning—our St. Patrick’s day baby. He was born at 8:05am, weighed 6lbs 9oz and was 19.5 inches long. Lindsey was amazing during labor and delivery! She went into labor around 8pm, but the contractions got a lot stronger around 11:30pm. We headed to the hospital and got checked in around 1:30am. Lindsey labored for a little while and then got the epidural around 3:45am. We slept a bit then and waited for her to progress. Around 6:15am they broke her water and by 7:15am she was ready to push. We waited for the doctor and then she pushed for 10-15 minutes and he was here.
We’ve enjoyed the first 24 hours with him so much and can’t wait to bring him home tomorrow. Hannah and Campbell enjoyed meeting him when they came to visit and can’t wait to be big sisters to their new brother. Here are some of our favorite pictures from his first day with us.
